The reservation becomes effective once a deposit of 40% of the total amount has been paid.
Condition
By booking one of our holiday homes, the renter is responsible for all equipment present and will be required to compensate in case of damage. The renter is required to leave the kitchen, including equipment and dishes, clean as received upon check-in. Otherwise the cost of the specific cleaning will be charged.
