Cooking Class

APULIAN COOKING CLASS

Our chef will lead you into the heart of the Apulian cuisine. You will learn how to prepare the dough with bran and flour, adding just enough salt and water, giving life to the typical orecchiette, the witty cavatelli and strascinate or our Pugliese panzerotto. The lesson will be seasoned with the story dedicated to the agricultural production of the different types of wheat, with nice anecdotes related to tradition and local history. A good glass of wine will spoil your heart and stimulate your creativity.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting

TASTING OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PRODUCED BY OUR COMPANY MASSERIA LE CERASE

Our sommelier will take you for a stroll around the farm, reaching the thousand years old olive grove, while telling you stories and traditions from the past connected to the rural production and the cultivation of extra virgin olive oil.
You will have the opportunity to taste the two qualities of extra virgin olive oil, all organically produced in the farm.
The experience will be enriched by a local aperitif (chick peas, fried broad beans, olives, friselle, tomatoes, almonds, taralli and focacce) putting your souls together embraced by the authentic taste of Puglia.

POLIGNANO A MARE TOUR

Jagged cliffs overlooking the sea, caves and creeks, sandy coves surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in complete harmony with the turquoise blue sea, make this strip of coast, one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

Grotta delle Rondinelle, Grotta Azzurra, Grotta Ardito, and Grotta Palazzese are just some of the most beautiful natural attractions that characterize the entire area, accessible only by sea.

During the experience there will be stops for swimming and an excellent local prosecco will be served on board.
